qjok Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data qjok collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over your personal information.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how qjok ("qjok", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information about individuals ("you", "your") who register for or use the qjok Platform, including the website and all associated services. By registering an account or using the qjok Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein.
This Policy applies to all personal information collected through the qjok Platform, including information provided during registration, during account use, during payment processing, and through your interactions with the Platform's features. This Policy should be read alongside the qjok Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform more broadly. If you do not agree with the practices described in this Policy, you must not use the qjok Platform.
Our Privacy Commitments
1. Information We Collect
qjok collects personal information through several means: information you provide directly when registering or using the Platform, information generated automatically through your use of the Platform, and information obtained from third parties where necessary to verify your identity or process payments. The categories of personal information we collect are described below.
2. How We Use Your Information
qjok uses the personal information we collect for the following purposes. All processing of personal information by qjok is carried out on one or more of the following lawful bases: performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, or pursuit of our legitimate business interests where those interests do not override your fundamental privacy rights.
- To create, verify and maintain your qjok account, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus allocations.
- To verify your identity and age in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law, including conducting KYC checks.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
- To provide customer support and respond to your queries, complaints, and account requests.
- To personalise your experience on the Platform, including displaying relevant promotions and content based on your gaming history and preferences.
- To send you service communications related to your qjok account, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and updates to our Terms or this Policy.
qjok does not use your personal information for unsolicited direct marketing without your consent. If you receive promotional communications from qjok that you did not request, please contact our support team via the in-account support channel to update your communication preferences.
3. Payment Data and KYC
Financial transactions at qjok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, your transaction is routed through these providers using their own secure payment infrastructure. qjok does not store your full bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any other mobile banking authentication credentials. We receive only the transaction confirmation and reference data necessary to credit or debit your qjok wallet.
If your KYC verification is unsuccessful or you choose to close your qjok account, we will securely delete your KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe after the mandatory retention period has expired, provided there is no outstanding dispute, regulatory inquiry, or legal hold on your account. You may request confirmation of the deletion of your KYC documents by contacting qjok support.
4. Sharing Your Information
qjok does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share personal information with third parties only in the limited circumstances described below. All third parties with whom we share personal data are required to handle that data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
qjok uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse usage patterns. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. The following types of cookies are used on the qjok Platform:
- Essential cookies — required for the Platform to function correctly, including session authentication, account security, and payment flow continuity. These cannot be disabled without affecting core Platform functionality.
- Functional cookies — used to remember your preferences such as language selection and display settings, so the Platform behaves consistently across sessions.
- Analytical cookies — used to collect anonymised data about how users interact with the Platform, including pages visited and features used. This data helps us improve the Platform's performance and user experience for Bangladesh players.
- Security cookies — used to detect and prevent fraudulent access attempts, including anomalous login behaviour and unusual transaction patterns.
You may control cookie behaviour through your mobile browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or using certain features of the qjok Platform. qjok does not currently support a cookie preference centre; adjusting cookies is done through your device's browser settings.
6. Data Retention
qjok retains your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required to meet our legal, regulatory, and business obligations. Specifically: registration and account data is retained for a minimum of five years from the date of account closure; transaction and gaming activity data is retained for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction; KYC and identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five years from account closure; and technical log data is retained for a shorter period of up to 12 months unless required for an ongoing security investigation or legal proceeding.
When personal information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, and the applicable mandatory retention period has expired, qjok will securely delete or anonymise that information. Where full deletion is not technically feasible (for example, data stored in encrypted backup archives), qjok will isolate and protect that data from further active use until deletion is possible.
7. Your Rights Over Your Personal Data
Subject to applicable law and any overriding legal obligations that qjok may have, you have the following rights in respect of your personal information held by qjok. To exercise any of these rights, please contact qjok support through the in-account support channel. qjok will respond to valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Data Security
qjok implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and the Platform, encryption at rest for sensitive stored data including KYC documents and account credentials, access controls limiting personnel access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and regular security reviews of our systems and processes.
Despite these measures, no system of data security is impenetrable. In the event of a data security incident that materially affects your personal information, qjok will notify you through your registered account contact details within a reasonable timeframe. You can help protect your account by using a strong, unique password, never sharing your login credentials with anyone, and contacting qjok support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
9. Minors and Age Verification
The qjok Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. qjok does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 21, we will close that account, return any eligible balance, and delete the associated personal information without delay. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under your care has registered at qjok, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
qjok reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where a change materially affects how we process your personal information, we will endeavour to notify you via your registered account contact details before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the qjok Platform after any update to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how qjok protects your personal information. If you have any questions about this Policy or about how qjok handles your personal data, please contact our support team through the in-account support channel. This Policy was last reviewed and updated in January 2026.
