Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qjok platform, including the website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and qjok ("qjok", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the qjok Platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the qjok Platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria. qjok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register for a qjok account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times. qjok will never ask for your password via any communication channel. The following obligations apply to all registered qjok account holders:

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and current mobile number at registration. False information may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify qjok support immediately and change your password.
• All activity conducted through your qjok account is your responsibility, including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested, even if you did not personally authorise that activity.
• qjok may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time. Required documents may include a valid national ID, passport, or mobile banking account confirmation.
• You must notify qjok immediately of any change to your registered mobile number or personal details. Failure to do so may affect your ability to access your account or receive important security communications.

qjok uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk and that qjok cannot guarantee absolute security of your account data at all times.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qjok Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qjok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

qjok does not hold player funds in a segregated trust account. Your qjok wallet balance represents a credit held on the Platform and is not a bank deposit. qjok will make reasonable efforts to return eligible balances upon account closure; however, balances associated with suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or unresolved identity verification may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

qjok offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any specific bonus terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your qjok account automatically upon satisfaction of the qualifying deposit condition stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• qjok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any bonus amounts already credited and subject to any wagering requirements already in progress.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited strategies, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended or closed.
• Bonuses and promotions are only available to players who have verified their account and who are in good standing with qjok at the time of the promotion.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules and Fair Play

All games available on qjok are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, JILI, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before playing.

Sportsbook bets placed on qjok are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market. qjok reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed on markets that were incorrectly priced, or placed after an event has concluded. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sports event, qjok's decision on the validity of any bet or game outcome shall be final.

6. Responsible Gaming

qjok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time. qjok strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively if they feel their gaming is becoming difficult to control. qjok enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, any winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned (less any bonuses received) to the original payment method. qjok may conduct age and identity verification checks at any time without prior notice. Players who are aware of or suspect underage gambling activity on the Platform are encouraged to contact qjok support immediately.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

qjok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following circumstances may result in account suspension or termination:

• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification request.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct set out in Clause 5.1.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Detection of underage access or any other eligibility breach identified in Section 1 of these Terms.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus balance and any balance under active wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining verified real-money balance may be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification and confirmation that the balance was not derived from fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qjok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, technical malfunction, or errors in game outcomes caused by third-party providers. qjok's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your verified real-money balance at the time of the claim.

qjok does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or events outside qjok's reasonable control (including internet service provider failures, telecommunications failures, or acts of third parties) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. qjok will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will notify players of planned maintenance where practicable.

9. Amendments to These Terms

qjok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, qjok will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, qjok will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via your registered account contact details. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the qjok Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting qjok support through the in-account support channel. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.
